Our company specializes in FastTrack Design/Build interior renovations and build-outs in occupied spaces, ensuring that construction is performed cleanly, quickly, and quietly. We have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, with over 90% of our workload comprised of repeat clients.

Meet Our Principals

Larry Gershen, the founder of the company, has been a driving force behind our success. He holds active licenses as a State of Florida General Contractor and Home Inspector, and is also an EPA Certified Renovator. Brian Gershen, Larry's son, is a State of Florida General Contractor, EPA Certified Renovator, and a LEED AP specializing in Building Design and Construction. Both Larry and Brian are committed to continuing the family tradition of delivering exceptional results.
