Our journey began with the establishment of Douglas in Chicago in 1900, followed by the formation of Cochrane Furniture in North Carolina in 1905, and American Fixture and Manufacturing Company in Missouri in 1908. Over the years, these companies evolved and eventually merged to form Chromcraft Revington Douglas, Inc.

Today, we are a leading manufacturer of residential furniture in the United States, with a diverse portfolio of brands including Chromcraft, Peters-Revington, Douglas, and Cochrane. Our Operations

Our operations are spread across the United States, with our headquarters located in Ontario, California. We have manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution operations in Sardis, Mississippi, and additional warehouse and distribution operations for the Douglas and Cochrane brands in Ontario, California. We participate in the twice-yearly High Point Furniture Market, where we have a permanent showroom, and are represented by an independent sales force throughout the U.S. and Canada.
