Dry Creek Medical Office Building

The Dry Creek Medical Office building is a prime example of our healthcare expertise. This 52,000 square foot building includes a 10,000 square foot parking garage and is situated on a 4-acre site with severe sloping and floodplain challenges. Close coordination was required as the building is nestled between a new apartment complex and an existing medical office building and surgery center. Our team worked diligently to ensure that the building was completed to the highest standards while navigating these challenges.

Swedish Southwest ER

The Swedish Medical Center Southwest ER was an exciting project that involved a complete remodel of the main reception and waiting room, new architectural finishes, landscaping, and a full light replacement of the entire facility. Our team worked closely with the ER staff to ensure that the project was completed with minimal disruption to their operations, implementing phasing and infection control measures.

Premier Bone and Joint

Premier Bone and Joint is a state-of-the-art surgery center and physical therapy building in Laramie, Wyoming. The building supports the community as well as University of Wyoming athletes and includes 3 operating rooms and 6,000 square feet of PT space. Our team worked closely with the owners to ensure that the building met their unique needs and specifications.
