The ESR 6 Step Process to 100% Satisfied Customers

We are dedicated to ensuring that every client is completely satisfied with the services we provide. To achieve this goal, we follow a strict 6-step process that ensures every project meets our high standards of quality and excellence.

1. Profile, Repair, & Vacuum: We begin by profiling, repairing, and vacuuming the concrete surface to ensure the strongest adhesion possible.

2. Apply Base Coat: We apply 100% solids to patch up any cracks in the concrete flooring.

3. Apply Pure Polyurea Base Coat: We apply a self-priming pure polyurea base coat to the concrete surface.

4. Broadcast Polymer Flake: A polymer flake is generously hand broadcast providing even color and texture to the floor.

5. Scrape Off Excess Flake: All excess flake is scraped off the floor, leveling the floor to prepare it for final sealing.

6. Apply UV Stable Polyaspartic Topcoat: Finally, we apply a UV stable polyaspartic topcoat. Your new floor will be ready for light foot traffic after 6-8 hours.
