Our Team

Meet Jeff Koontz, our Owner/Operator. Jeff is originally from Lynchburg, VA, where he completed his HVAC Apprenticeship and earned a VA Master HVAC license while working for one of the largest electrical and mechanical contractors in the Mid-Atlantic. He is also retired from the VA Air National Guard with over 20 years of total military service. Through his military service, Jeff achieved an Associate's degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and Entrepreneurship.
