Poor Customer Service and Quality of Work

The company's operators have been described as aggressive, with one customer stating that a dump truck operator was swerving in and out of lanes at high speeds. Additionally, some customers have reported difficulty in getting in touch with the company's representatives, with one customer stating that no one answered the phone.

In terms of the quality of work, several customers have been dissatisfied. One customer reported that their driveway was blocked without warning, and that the work crew did not inform them of the upcoming construction. Another customer had a gas line installed, but was dissatisfied with the work crew's failure to clean up their mess.
