Since 1977, Icebox Builders, Inc. has been constructing custom homes, additions, remodels, and decks in the mountain environments of Grand County and Jefferson County. Our company is owned and operated by John A. Berendes, who has been a General Contractor since 1986. We have a reputation for delivering high-quality construction services, focusing on customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Our team works on new construction projects as well as interior and exterior remodel projects.
We take pride in being a member of several prestigious organizations, including the Colorado Association of Home Builders, Grand County Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders. Our commitment to excellence has earned us several awards, such as the Best Kitchen and Best Master Suite in the 2009 Parade of Homes, and the Best Overall Floor Plan in the 2004 Parade of Homes.
