How We Work

At GRIP, we work closely with insurance adjusters, policyholders, and homeowners to provide unbiased roof inspections and ladder assists. Here's how we work:

1. Initial Contact: GRIP administrators will make a courtesy phone call to inform the policyholder that GRIP has been assigned to perform an exterior roof inspection.

2. Assignment: GRIP assigns a local Roof Inspector (GRI) to perform the inspection.

3. On-Site Inspection: The GRI will inspect the roof, measure and diagram, take detailed photographs of the condition, and note any storm damage, wear and tear, and/or workmanship issues.

4. Reporting: The GRI will compile the inspection findings and submit a comprehensive report that includes a detailed description of the inspection, along with specific close-up color photos, a digital diagram with accurate measurements, and a scope or estimate of repair costs.
