Phil Zinn, the owner of the company, has a degree from Eastern Illinois University in Industrial Technology Education with a minor in Architectural drafting and design. With over two decades of experience in residential construction, Phil is involved in every aspect of a Zinn project. He has assembled a talented staff of over 10 employees who complete the framing and finish work on every new home, remodel, or deck project.

Greg Burgener, a project manager at Zinn Construction, has a Construction Management degree from Western Illinois University. He started with Zinn Construction in 2015 after an 18-year tenure at S.A. Lewis Construction Co. of Mt. Zion, Illinois. Greg was awarded with the 2017 Springfield Area Homebuilder Association "Builder of the Year" award for his hard work and dedication to the industry.

Dan Gleason, the newest project manager at Zinn Construction, has a Construction Management degree from Illinois State University. He brings a youthful energy, enthusiasm, and a knack for layout and design work. Dan started in St. Louis working for a contractor that specialized in outdoor living spaces. He brought those talents he learned there to central Illinois.
