Our journey began in 1995 when Mike Chapman founded RCI Power and Lighting, focusing primarily on residential and small commercial projects. Over the years, Mike built a strong reputation for RCI by delivering top-notch services and establishing long-lasting relationships with clients. In 2002, Mike was joined by his brother Jay Chapman, who brought with him extensive experience in the larger commercial and industrial field.

Jay Chapman previously owned and operated JDC Electric, Inc. in San Francisco, CA, from 1991 to March of 2010. During his tenure at JDC, Jay was involved in a variety of projects, including the full Design/Build of Gymboree Corporate Headquarters in Burlingame, CA, G&G Foods processing facility in Santa Rosa, CA, Evergood Sausage Company's Facility Expansion, New Ski Rental Facility at NorthStar Lake Tahoe, CA, and the exterior lighting renovation of Westfield's San Francisco Shopping Centre in 2006. This wealth of experience is invaluable and sets us apart from many of the local contractors.

• Ben Archers Health Center: This project involved working with Warren Construction to deliver high-quality electrical services for this health center in Mesilla Valley.

• Bosque Podilla Medical Offices and Endoscopy: In collaboration with Warren Construction, we provided comprehensive electrical services for this medical facility.

• NMSU Health and Social Services Addition: Working with ESA Construction, we contributed to the successful completion of this addition to New Mexico State University's Health and Social Services facility.

• NMSU Tennis Building and Tennis Courts: We partnered with ESA Construction to deliver top-notch electrical services for this new tennis facility at New Mexico State University.

• Onate High School - Football Field Lighting: In conjunction with Highland Enterprises, we upgraded the football field lighting at Onate High School.

• US Bank: We worked with Jurney Construction to provide electrical services for the new parking lot and lighting at US Bank.

• Wells Fargo Bank: Our team provided electrical services for Wells Fargo Bank's new computer center, working closely with Warren Construction.
