Services
Exterior Painting
Our exterior painting service transforms homes and businesses with meticulous preparation and premium materials. We handle surface scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming before applying durable, weather-resistant paints. Owner-supervised projects ensure attention to detail on wood, stucco, and masonry surfaces. We specialize in color consultation and matching existing finishes while protecting surrounding landscaping. Projects include homes, commercial buildings, and historic structures across western Minneapolis suburbs.
Concrete Staining
We restore concrete surfaces through professional staining and sealing services for patios, driveways, and pool areas. Our process includes acid cleaning, crack repair, and application of decorative stains with protective sealants. We create custom finishes like marble effects while ensuring slip resistance and UV protection. The service extends concrete lifespan by preventing water damage and staining through elastomeric coatings and penetrating sealers.
Stucco Repair
Our stucco specialists handle repair and painting for residential and commercial properties. Services include patching cracks, replacing damaged sections, and applying elastomeric coatings that bridge hairline fractures. We match existing textures while improving moisture resistance. The process involves pressure washing, caulking, and applying breathable finishes that maintain stucco's natural appearance while preventing future deterioration in Minnesota's climate.
Carpentry Repair
We repair wood damage from pests, weather, or accidents during painting projects. Services include replacing siding, trim, and deck components using matching materials. Our crews handle dry rot repair, Bondo application for pest damage, and sealing gaps to prevent future infestations. We restore structural integrity while maintaining aesthetic continuity with existing finishes on cedar, pine, and composite materials.
Pressure Washing
Professional pressure washing prepares surfaces for painting while removing mold, mildew, and weathering damage. We use controlled pressure techniques to clean wood, concrete, and masonry without causing damage. The service includes Jomax/bleach treatments for organic growth removal and water management practices to prevent siding damage. We follow top-down cleaning methods to ensure thorough preparation for subsequent painting or staining projects.
