Maize Remodeling, LLC is a family-owned and operated business with over 30 years of experience in the industry. We are a VA Class "A" contractor that carries both general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our company was established in 2006, and since then, we have been dedicated to providing superior service, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence.

Handyman

Our three-hour minimum allows us to take care of that ongoing "honey do" list whenever the need arises. Do you have a light bulb that is too high to reach, a towel bar that needs replacing, water damaged/rotted exterior trim or siding, or perhaps a new mailbox post? Whatever the need may be, we can assist with any of your home repair needs. No job is too small.

Remodeling

Whether the need is small or large, we can handle all of your home enhancement needs. From a full home remodel, kitchen remodel, or updating that small powder room, we can help. Our careful attention to detail and our genuine desire to do things right the first time offer you the peace of mind, that you should have, when hiring a contractor to work in your home.

Design Build

Regardless of your design needs, Maize Remodeling will guide you through the design process to ensure nothing is left to question. Once the design meets your approval, we will build the structure in a "code plus" manner. We only use quality materials, proper installation methods, and pay close attention to design/project details.
