Remodels present a fresh challenge for us, with each project requiring a unique approach. We have been in business since 1991 and have an extensive toolbox of artisans and experience to draw upon. We pay close attention to budgeting in the remodeling process to avoid unexpected expenses and ensure that our clients' expectations are met.

Cabinets & Casework

Our in-house cabinet shop allows us to personalize and customize our casework and cabinets to each client's project. We believe that cabinets in the homes we build are furniture and construct them accordingly, with our principle owner attending trade shows each year to stay current with the latest trends and innovations.

Commercial Projects

While our custom homes are perhaps our specialty, we also have a solid base of commercial construction experience and history, ranging from commercial remodeling to new car dealerships, mini-storages, and retail projects. We understand the need for a more practical approach in commercial construction, but we still maintain the same attention to detail and design level as our residential projects.

Dale Woodruff, the principle owner of Dale Woodruff Construction, has lived in Grants Pass for 41 years and has a deep passion for the Rogue Valley. With his extensive experience in the construction industry, Dale has served on various boards, including Family Friends, Wildlife Images, and the local Home Builders Association. Dale's strong commitment to quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction sets him apart from other builders in the industry.
