Our Team

Our team is led by Todd Simning, the founder of ADOR - Bespoke Homes. With his extensive experience, Todd continues to push the envelope in a customer-centric build process and is involved in every project to ensure an enjoyable experience. Pamela Simning, the co-founder, manages the office, overseeing everything that makes the office run smoothly.

Jake Louricas, our project manager, has 24 years of experience in residential construction. His hands-on approach and vast project management experience make him a valuable asset to our team.
