City Pest Control, Inc. is a locally owned and operated pest management company that has been serving Greene and Sullivan Counties in Indiana since 1979. Our founder, Rob Kendall, started the business with a simple yet effective philosophy: to help customers solve their pest problems with simple, affordable solutions. Over the years, our commitment to this philosophy has remained unchanged, and we have grown into a trusted and reliable service provider for pest management needs.

Our company began with minimal overhead, allowing us to focus on building a solid foundation and establishing a base of operations. We provided our customers with the necessary equipment and knowledge to manage pests effectively. In 1987, we expanded our operations and built our first office and shop on Northwest 3rd St. in Linton. From there, we operated our service business until 1995, when we outgrew the facility and acquired property on Northeast A St. to construct a new state-of-the-art facility. We moved into our current office and shop on April 1, 1996.

Today, we are proud to have Clayton Kendall, a second-generation pest management specialist, join our team. With his addition, we expect to continue growing and providing pest management services for many years to come. We are currently planning to build an even more advanced facility to better serve our customers and meet the increasing demand for our services.

Our Services

At City Pest Control, Inc., we offer a wide range of pest management services designed to address various pest control needs. Our services include ant control, bat control, bed bugs, bee and wasp control, bird control, flea control, lawn insect control, moisture control, mosquito control, perimeter pest control, real estate inspections, roach control, rodent control, spider control, termite control, and wildlife control.

We also offer different pest management plans to cater to various needs and preferences. Our Basic Service Plan provides an outside perimeter treatment around the base of the house, shrubbery, under the eaves and overhangs, and under decks. This plan controls most occasional invaders such as ants, spiders, oriental roaches, centipedes, millipedes, silverfish, earwigs, pillbugs, and crickets. The service is performed four times a year, and we offer a termite monitoring program as an additional option.

Our Premium Service Plan includes three exterior treatments per year and one interior treatment in the winter. It also includes the placement and maintenance of rodent bait stations if desired. This plan offers a higher level of insect control than the Basic Service Plan and requires access into the house or scheduling an appointment for the winter service.

Lastly, our Platinum Service Plan consists of four interior and three exterior treatments per year. It includes the placement of rodent bait stations and a termite monitoring program to help detect termite activity in the area. This plan offers the highest level of insect control and requires access into the house or scheduling an appointment for all services.

For commercial accounts with a constant flow of inventory or supplies, we offer Monthly Service Plans. These plans provide extra servicing to combat the constant risk of pests being introduced and becoming established in these accounts.
