Our team, led by Todd and Tim Steiner, has decades of experience in both commercial and residential construction across the Kenai Peninsula. • Homer Harbormaster's Office: A 4,778 SF Harbormaster's Office building and elevated boardwalk on the Homer Spit.
• South Peninsula Hospital CT Room: A 2,600 SF Renovation of the CT scanning suite at South Peninsula Hospital Imaging Department, including installation of a Siemens Definition Edge 128 Slice CT machine.
• Land's End Hotel: A 33 room, 18,354 SF hotel addition to the Land's End Resort complex at the end of the Homer Spit.
• Homer Airport Chemical Building: Alaska DOT's 7,072 SF Chemical Storage Building in Homer.
• Steel Construction: Homer's 12,500 SF solid waste transfer station.
• Central Peninsula Hospital OR: Central Peninsula Hospital operating room #4.
