Services
Mold Removal
Our certified technicians use HEPA filtration and antimicrobial treatments to eliminate mold at its source. We contain affected areas to prevent spore spread, then thoroughly clean and restore spaces to healthy conditions. The process includes air scrubbing, selective demolition, and final HEPA vacuuming for complete removal.
Water Damage Cleanup
We address immediate water issues while preventing future mold growth. Our process includes moisture extraction, structural drying, and sanitization. Technicians use thermal imaging to detect hidden moisture and implement comprehensive restoration plans for properties affected by flooding, leaks, or humidity-related damage.
Mold Testing
Our inspections use moisture meters and infrared cameras to identify hidden mold sources. We collect air and surface samples for lab analysis, providing clear reports with actionable recommendations. Testing helps determine spore types and concentrations for informed remediation decisions.
Attic Mold Removal
Specialized attic mold removal addresses ventilation issues and moisture accumulation. Technicians use protective gear to handle contaminated insulation and wood structures. The process includes antimicrobial treatment, HEPA vacuuming, and encapsulation to prevent recurrence in hard-to-reach attic spaces.
Basement Mold Remediation
We tackle basement mold caused by flooding or humidity. The process includes water extraction, drying, and removal of affected materials. Our team identifies moisture sources to prevent future growth while restoring structural integrity and indoor air quality in below-grade spaces.
Questions
What causes mold growth in homes?
Mold grows from moisture issues like leaks, flooding, or high humidity. Poor ventilation also contributes to mold development in areas like attics and bathrooms.
Do I need professional mold testing?
Testing isn't always necessary for visible mold. We recommend it for hidden mold or pre-purchase inspections to determine spore levels and types.
How long does mold removal take?
Most jobs take 1-2 days depending on the affected area. Attic or basement remediation may require additional time due to accessibility challenges.
Is Moldman's warranty transferable?
Yes, our 10-year warranty transfers to new property owners, providing long-term protection and value for residential and commercial properties.
Do you handle emergency water damage?
