In education, we are passionately invested in modernizing facilities to support the next generation. We have experience with public and private education facilities, classroom TI's, and site-work. Our goal is to create learning environments that inspire and empower students and teachers.
Our Approach
At Williamson Construction, we take a phased approach to every project. We believe in delivering comprehensive construction services through every phase of a project, from planning to close-out. Our day-to-day focus is on the objectives of our Clients, the safety of our workers and adjacent occupants, the impact of the construction activities on the public and staff, the effective communication with project stakeholders, the craftsmanship of the construction trades, and the quality of the delivered spaces.
Our phased approach includes:
1. Planning: We work closely with our Clients to refine the budget and schedule for each project program.
2. Design: We work with the design team and construction manager to develop a clear understanding of regulatory requirements and program requirements.
3. Preconstruction: We tailor communications with the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) and develop working relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Construction: We deliver high-quality construction services, ensuring that every space is built to meet the unique needs of healthcare and education facilities.
5. Close-out: We ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the highest standards of quality.

Customer Experience
The majority of customers have had a positive experience with Williamson Construction. Erik Young and Michael Martinez both gave the company 5-star ratings, praising the company's good personnel, timely completion of work, and top-tier level of completion.
Quality Issues
However, some customers have had issues with the quality of work. Nicole Campbell, who gave the company a 1-star rating, had a poor experience. She was unable to get through to someone on the phone until her fourth try, and when she finally spoke to someone, they were rude and unprofessional. Additionally, she has a family friend who did business with Williamson Construction and was unhappy with the quality of the work.
Communication
