Your Trusted Remodeling Partner in Naples Since 1992
Established in 1992, Sand Springs has built a reputation for excellence in home remodeling across Naples and surrounding areas. Our founder, Jim Madsen, began with a vision to provide quality craftsmanship rooted in decades of hands-on experience gained while working with his father, a pioneer in home rehabilitation. Over the years, we've evolved from basic repairs to full-scale renovations, including structural modifications and custom cabinetry. Partnering with Dennis Cantwell, we expanded our capabilities to offer architectural planning, interior design, and specialized services like impact-resistant windows and custom paint finishes. Our team's expertise in navigating permitting processes and solving complex renovation challenges ensures every project meets both structural integrity and client expectations. With dedicated custom cabinet and paint shops, we maintain control over quality throughout the entire remodeling process. Our commitment to treating every home as a personal space rather than just a worksite has earned us consistent client satisfaction and industry recognition.
