Our History

Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete, LLC was founded in 2004 by Chad and Robin Demmer just outside of Cascade, Iowa. Beginning with a small team of six dedicated employees, Chad focused on City Municipality projects involving sewer and water installations, alongside concrete flatwork. Over the years, the company's expertise and services have expanded significantly. Today, Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete proudly boasts a team of seventy-five skilled professionals, capable of handling projects of all sizes. The company's reach extends to a public and private market within a ninety-mile radius of Cascade, Iowa.

In 2011, Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete made the move to a permanent location within the town of Cascade, Iowa, strengthening its ties to the community. Driven by a commitment to integrity, quality, and safety, the company has remained a family-owned and operated business, maintaining the core values that have guided its success.
