Bayland Inc. is a producer of fine quality custom extrusion products. Founded in the early 70's by James "Jim" Moses, the company has been committed to producing the highest quality custom products that meet the exacting standards of its customers. Today, Bayland Inc. continues to run under the same principles and "No Problem" motto that Jim established. The company's employees, several with 20+ years of experience, remain dedicated to delivering the finest quality products.

Services & Products

Bayland Inc. offers a wide range of services and products, including custom flexible tubing, rigid cores, soft and rigid profiles, and co-extrusions. We employ custom research and development in the testing of extrusion designs and formulations. Our capabilities include producing profiles up to 16" wide, water tank and co-extrusion capabilities, the utilization of downstream calibration to ensure quality, and Dual-Material/Dual-Durometer profile experience. We also have a machine shop on site, run by skilled machinists, which provides custom extrusion tooling and sizers for repeated extruded parts.

Quality control is embedded into every step of the production process at Bayland Inc. Continual, on-line quality checks are performed and recorded by operators throughout the job process. This ensures that every product meets the company's rigid standards for quality, durability, and customer satisfaction.
