Our Services

SDV Construction offers a wide variety of construction services that cater to both public and private commercial building types. These include educational facilities, churches, courthouses, detention facilities, hospitals and healthcare, high tech and industrial facilities, aviation and aerospace, federal bases, and national laboratories.

Our general contracting services are designed to provide our clients with a full-service experience. From project conception to completion, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional results that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

In addition to general contracting, we also offer design-build services. Our design-build process is thorough and detailed, utilizing our in-house expertise as well as the resources of highly qualified architects, engineers, and subcontractors. This approach allows us to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality.

We also provide construction management at risk (CMAR) services. These services are designed to provide a wide variety of preconstruction services aimed at locking in a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) prior to the completion of construction documents by the design team.

Lastly, we offer construction management services. These services are designed to save owners time and money while promoting quality design and construction. Our construction management process is organized, efficient, and well-managed, ensuring that projects are completed successfully and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Our Team

Led by Paul Farless, SDV Construction employs over 60 seasoned construction professionals. Our team includes project managers, superintendents, LEED AP BD+C, USACE certified quality control managers, carpenters, electricians, laborers, estimators, value engineering specialists, safety managers, IT, and office support.

We have completed numerous projects throughout the southwest, including the Historic Curry County Courthouse, VA OR - 5 Imaging, SJRG Nazareth Center, CNM Site & Safety Improvements, CNM Site & Safety WTC, ATC & SV Campuses, Calvary Church, VA Community Living Center, VA Renal Dialysis, Curry County Administration, VRECC Spaceport America, Sprung Structures, Curry County Detention Center - CM, Nahata Dziil Health Center, VA Hospital Mental Health, and VA Sleep Disorder Center.
