Disappointing Experience with Glenn
Lack of Communication and Poor Service
The reviewer, Debra Walter, had a disappointing experience with Glenn, who failed to provide timely communication and poor service. Glenn had to reschedule the first appointment for the estimate, and when he finally came, he promised to deliver the estimate by Monday, June 1st. However, he failed to follow through on his promise, leaving Debra to chase him for updates.

Debra had to call Glenn multiple times, only to be told that he would call her back, but he never did. This lack of reliability and professionalism led Debra to express her frustration and disappointment through a text message, ultimately deciding not to do business with him.
