The reviewer explained that they hired Ellis Concrete to provide concrete for a long driveway, sidewalk, and expanded doorstep, but the concrete developed numerous cracks and the stones started popping through the surface less than six months after completion. Although the reviewer complimented Robert Shaffer for visiting the site and taking pictures, they felt that the company did not provide any solutions or help to rectify the problem. The reviewer was particularly frustrated with Ellis Concrete's business relationship with O'Malley Services, LLC, which they believed was the main cause of the problem.
