Questions
Can I order Modwalls tiles locally?
We sell exclusively through our website and ship nationwide from California and Georgia. Trade professionals can access special pricing through our account system.
How long do sample orders take?
Samples ship free via USPS Priority Mail and arrive in 2-3 business days. Retail customers pay a nominal fee for sample orders.
Are tiles suitable for pool installations?
Yes, our glass and porcelain collections work for pools. Ceramic tiles aren't recommended for submerged applications due to porosity concerns.
Do you offer installation guidance?
Yes, we provide detailed installation guides for each product line. Our team recommends professional installers experienced with specialty tile materials.
What grout should I use?
Sanded grout works best for wet areas and floors. Non-sanded options suit walls. We recommend sealing grout joints for easier maintenance and stain resistance.
Can I customize tile sizes?
While we offer standard sizes, our handmade ceramic collections allow shape customization. Custom mosaics can incorporate unique color gradients and patterns.
