At Stone & Tile Creations, we are a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the Triangle area since 1999. Our team is led by James Huggard, owner, who has over 28 years of experience in handling natural stone and tile projects of varied and broad scopes. We carry a comprehensive selection of beautiful natural stone and man-made tiles from around the world, including Italy, Spain, and Turkey, as well as a broad selection of American-made tile.

Tile Options

We offer a variety of tile options, including marble, granite, limestone, and travertines. We also carry ceramic tiles, particularly 3 x 6 and small format brick tiles, as well as glass and glass/stone blends. Our selection includes decorative borders and accents, hand-made tiles, and custom murals. We also offer tiles in a variety of finishes, including honed/matte, antiqued, and polished, and in a broad spectrum of sizes, from traditional 6 x 6 and 12 x 12 tiles to contemporary size 12 x 24 and larger format tiles. For clients who would like to consider the comfort of warm, heated tile floors, we also offer in-floor heat services.

At Stone & Tile Creations, our installation team is comprised of experienced, responsible craftsmen who are accustomed to challenging, intricate tile applications. We believe that what goes underneath the tile is vitally important to the long-term success of your project. We use only top-quality setting materials and are always up to date on the latest developments in tile installation. We ensure that our tile installations will not only look the way you envisioned it would but that it will last for a long time to come.

We are comfortable working directly with homeowners as well as with clients working with a contractor or builder. Our services include demolition and removal of existing tile, in-floor heat installation, designer services for tile selection, and turn-key installation of both man-made tiles and natural stone tiles. We also offer sealing of all natural stone and installation of full marble or granite slabs on shower walls. With our own fabrication shop, we can custom fabricate corner shelves, knee wall caps, niches, curbs, shower jambs, countertops, and anything else your project requires.
