Our team is led by Mike Martin, a seasoned contractor and native of Winnesboro, Louisiana. Our Process

We understand that building a new home requires a collaborative effort between you and your builder. Our team is committed to transparency and open communication throughout the process. Here's an overview of what you can expect:

• Locate Your Dream Location: We can help you find the perfect location, either on your land or by identifying suitable properties.
• Find Your Dream Plan: We can work directly from your plans or recommend a local designer/architect to create a custom design. We'll also assist with selecting features and finishes for your new home.
• Establish Your Budget: We'll help you prepare a detailed budget and provide recommendations on how to allocate your resources wisely.
• Line up Financing: We can recommend banks with which we have a working relationship to help you secure financing.
• Prepare a Proposal: We'll discuss our fee structure and help you determine which pricing structure is best for you.
• Sign a Contract: Once we've agreed on the proposal and your plans are finalized, we'll sign a Contract to Build that outlines the scope of work and timeline for your project.
• Build Your Home: We'll keep you updated on the progress of your project and handle any changes that arise through our Change Order process.
• Take Occupancy: Once the project is complete, we'll conduct a final walk-through and ensure that all punch list items are completed before handing over the keys.
