Throughout his education, Ryan gained hands-on experience working for various golf courses, athletic fields, and local landscaping companies. He also obtained his supervisory pesticides license in ornamentals and turf. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Ryan established Oak Hills Landscape and Design in his hometown, Litchfield, Connecticut.
