We own and maintain a large selection of equipment, enabling us to handle a variety of work. Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who have been in the industry for decades. Randy Myers, our manager, has been a concrete contractor for over 40 years and has led the company to become one of the predominant concrete contractors in Central Texas. Under his leadership, we have built a loyal client base, both commercial and residential, who appreciate the quality of our work.

Chase Botkin, our operations manager, joined us after spending 22 years with Capital Excavation. He earned his degree from Texas Tech in Construction Technology and is highly involved in supervision of project management and estimating. Nicole Smith-Parker, our contract administrator/project manager, has been with us for 16 years and plays a significant role in many responsibilities including contracts, customer service, employee development, and project management.

Cade Patterson, our sales/estimator, started in 2011 and has extensive knowledge in estimating both concrete and asphalt jobs. Clark Myers, our estimator/project manager, joined us after earning his undergraduate degree in 2014 and continued his education to earn his MBA at Texas State University in 2016 with an emphasis in the Concrete Industries Management.

Becky Beaty, our accountant, has been with us since 2011 and handles payroll and payable expenses. She also manages insurance and human resources. Charlene Myers, our owner, has her BBA in Finance and oversees an exceptional administrative and project management staff.
