Fi-Hoff Concrete Products was founded in 1946 by Carl "Huffy" Hoffman and Leora (Fike) Hoffman, with a commitment to quality and value. The company started small, producing precast walk slabs and decorative items from their basement. However, it wasn't long before they expanded to meet the demands of the booming housing market in Johnstown, PA, following World War II. Veterans returning home were in need of housing, and Fi-Hoff was well-positioned to capitalize on this opportunity.

The business grew rapidly, outgrowing its initial location and moving to its current site at 240 Bentwood Avenue in Geistown in 1949. Fi-Hoff Concrete Products quickly became a reliable supplier of concrete products, including utility structures, residential structures, ready mix, and decorative concrete. The company's dedication to quality and customer satisfaction has allowed it to thrive for over seven decades.
