• Documentation: We complete and submit "as-built" plans, obtain final approvals for operation, and pay all subcontractors and vendors for material and labor.
• Close Out: We obtain waivers of lien rights from subcontractors and vendors, provide a final waiver of lien, and submit a warranty manual outlining the terms and conditions of warranty on equipment and subcontractor workmanship.
• Warranty: We provide a one-year warranty on subcontractor workmanship and material, as outlined in the plans and specifications.
