Our Philosophy

Before founding the family-owned and operated business in 1968, John A. Schenkel learned some valuable lessons from his father and grandfather. In the construction business, they told him, sound practices are essential to building sound structures - and long-term relationships. John passed that philosophy down to his sons John Jr. and Matt, now the company's principles.
