Our Story

Empire Pools and Hot Tubs was founded in 1994 by Kevin Soterion and Jeff Huberty (brothers-in-law). Their business strategy was simple: form a family-run business that treats their customers the way that they would like to be treated themselves, taking care of issues before they become problems, and offering the best products available at the best possible price. Empire Pools is proud to service the towns from Salem to Plymouth, and most towns in between.

Family Story

Owners Kevin Soterion and Jeff Huberty married sisters Mary Beth and Melanie. Kevin and Mary Beth have 3 daughters, Nicole, Emily, and Amanda. Jeff and Melanie have 2 sons, Dan and Jay.

Store History

After 28 years, Empire Pools and Hot Tubs maintains two locations in Manchester and Concord, NH and sells swimming pools, hot tubs, chemicals, propane, gas grills, and alternative fuelwood bricks. Empire Pools and Hot Tubs has been highly focused on servicing its customers. In fact, many of their full-time sales and service personnel have been with Empire Pools and Hot Tubs for over 20 years and part-time seasonal employees return year after year. This is what makes us unique. Every time you come in, you'll always see a familiar face and a smile each and every time. Empire Pools and Hot Tubs is a two-generation family-owned business, and we want you to be part of our family.

We offer a variety of services to ensure your pool or hot tub stays in top condition. Our team is skilled at proper pool and hot tub water testing, using our water analysis system. Our goal is to ensure your water is safe and clean, meaning that we will take extra steps to ensure your water stays compliant with today's standards. We also offer strips, so you can test your own water at home. We offer free water testing to ensure your swimming pool or hot tub is always ready to enjoy. From pool and hot tub openings and closings; to liner installations, hot tub repairs and water treatment, Empire Pools is your one stop for pool and hot tub expertise.

Locations

We have two convenient locations for you to visit. Our first location is in Concord at 105 Manchester St., and our second location is in Manchester at 655 Mast Road. Our friendly staff is always ready to help you with any of your pool or hot tub needs.
