Questions
How often should area rugs be professionally cleaned?
Every 12-18 months for optimal maintenance. High-traffic areas or homes with pets may require more frequent cleaning to preserve appearance and longevity.
What makes Fiber Protector different from other rug treatments?
Uses nanotechnology to create molecular shields around fibers, offering superior protection against stains, UV fading, and wear compared to traditional topical coatings.
Can I return a custom-designed rug?
Custom rugs are final sale. However, our 3D visualization tool ensures accurate previews before purchase to minimize dissatisfaction risks.
Do you ship rugs internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. International shipping options are under development for future expansion.
How does purchasing support Impact A Life Foundation?
A portion of every sale funds education, clean water, and healthcare initiatives in underserved communities globally, directly linking purchases to humanitarian impact.
