Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers. Our President, Leon, has been in the construction business for many years and has operated Maulsby Roofing for over 30 years. He also took over Landon-Landon in 2005, which specializes in windows, doors, insulation, and siding. Leon is joined by his wife and daughter who work at the company as well, making it a family affair.

Our team also includes Chad, who has been working for the company for over 15 years. He started as a roofer with Maulsby Roofing and then moved to Landon-Landon as an installer. Currently, he works in sales for both companies. Chad's many years of experience in all types of construction give a depth and expertise to his recommendations and estimates to our customers.

Services

At Maulsby Roofing, we offer a variety of services to meet all your roofing needs. We provide quality products and installation for both steep and low slope roofs. For steep roofs, we offer asphalt shingles, stone-coated steel shingles, and steel panel roofs. For low slope roofs, we can install a variety of membrane roofs, including TPO and EPDM rubber. We also provide repairs and maintenance for all types of roofs.

Our shingle roofs are designed to meet the shingle manufacturer's recommendations for adequate roof ventilation. We recommend using ridge vents to provide the most even air flow and the most volume of air. Our metal roofs are non-combustible, Class A rated material that won't crack, break, burn, curl, split, or rot. They are walk-able, low maintenance, and have a long life. They are also non-porous, freeze/thaw resistant, and if installed correctly, they are not any noisier than asphalt roofs when it rains. All metal roofs have a minimum of 50-year limited warranty.

For flat roofs, we can accommodate both residential and commercial properties. We offer modified bitumen, which is a roofing membrane consisting of asphalt and plastic or rubber polymers. This makes it durable and resistant to various weather conditions. We also offer other types of flat roofs such as rubber, TPO, and coatings.
