Our Team

Our management team consists of experienced professionals who have supervised various construction projects over the years. Dan Stallbaumer, President and Owner, has been with the company since 1976. Eric Stallbaumer and Garret Stallbaumer serve as Project Managers, bringing years of expertise to their roles. Our team also includes Senior Estimator Jay Herrmann, Project Manager Joey Lohmann, and Office Manager Teresa Stallbaumer, among others. Our site management team, led by Senior Superintendents Lonny Pierce and Jimmie Lippold, oversees project execution on-site.

Recent Projects

We have successfully completed numerous projects, including the St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Marysville, Kansas, the Sabetha Aquatic Center, and the Liquid Art Winery and Estate in Manhattan, Kansas.
