Our Story

It all started when Irvin Daley opened INI in 2013 with his wife, Lori, after over 25 years in the plumbing industry. Irv's passion for quality plumbing and heating has led him to obtain many additional certifications over the years, including master plumber, mechanical contractor, plumbing contractor, and boiler installer. He also has completed additional programs, including authorized Fujitzu installer and back flow testing. By starting his own company, Irv feels that he is finally able to provide the time, care, and attention to detail needed to complete each project to its fullest potential.

Services

We offer a wide range of services including plumbing, heating, and cooling solutions. For residential clients, we service, repair, and replace any plumbing or heating and cooling needs. This includes remodeling, replacing water heaters, furnaces, boilers, and adding new equipment such as water filtration systems and air condition/minisplits. For commercial clients, we service many local businesses in their needs with office updates and remodeling as well as repairs, service, and new equipment installation. We work closely with other contracting companies to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining a high quality of work.

Special Services

We also provide 24-hour emergency service, CSD 1 and backflow testing, and contracting services. We partner with local contractors to aid in the remodeling of kitchen, bath, utility room, and offer financing options through our partnership with FTL.
