Our History

Our story began with our founder, Norm Daniel, who started working in the roofing industry at the young age of 14. He worked as a foreman for Hunt Roofing before deciding to start his own business. Over the years, Norm has continued to bring his creative and hardworking spirit to the company, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards.

Our Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals who have been with us for many years. We are grateful to have Jeremy Betz and Dan Sherman, who have both been part of our team for over 13 years. Our president, Craig Daniel, oversees all day-to-day operations and ensures that every installation meets our high standards. He has been working on roofs for over 20 years and has been in charge of operations for the past nine years. Josh Daniel, our vice president, works as a project estimator and job-site foreman, bringing his degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University and five years of experience as a Project Manager for a major General Contractor in Grand Rapids. Emily Daniel, our office manager, handles all administrative tasks including billing, payroll, and daily correspondence. She has been providing her administrative services to the company since its inception and previously worked as a nurse for 15 years and owned her own janitorial business.
