Asphalt Shingles
Asphalt shingle roofing combines durability with aesthetic appeal for residential properties. Our Certainteed SELECT ShingleMaster-certified team ensures proper installation using high-quality materials that resist weather damage. This cost-effective solution offers customizable color options and extended warranty coverage through manufacturer partnerships while maintaining structural integrity in Northern Michigan's climate conditions.
Cedar Roofing
Cedar shake and shingle roofing provides natural beauty with exceptional longevity. Our experienced team installs premium cedar materials graded by the Cedar Bureau, ensuring proper ventilation and weather resistance. This premium option enhances property value through its distinctive appearance while requiring specialized maintenance compared to synthetic alternatives.
Metal Roofing
Metal roofing systems offer superior durability against harsh weather conditions. We install standing seam and panel systems from ATAS, Fabral, and Metal Sales with custom-fabricated flashings for watertight protection. Our in-house fabrication capabilities ensure precise component fitting while providing energy-efficient solutions with extended lifespan benefits.
Synthetic Shake
Synthetic shake roofing mimics natural materials while offering enhanced performance. We install DaVinci and Enviroshake products that resist fire, impact, and decay with Class 4 ratings. These lightweight systems reduce structural stress while maintaining aesthetic appeal through 3D-scanned textures that replicate cedar or slate appearances.
Copper Roofing
Copper roofing provides timeless elegance with unmatched longevity exceeding 100 years. Our specialists craft custom designs using corrosion-resistant materials that develop unique patina over time. This premium option requires specialized installation techniques to ensure watertight seams while offering natural antimicrobial properties and architectural enhancement for high-value properties.
