At Tropical Waters, we're a family-owned company that prides ourselves on outstanding customer service. Our dedicated team, consisting of Mike, Matt, Kristy, and Rich Braun, are passionate about providing top-quality products and services for our customers. With years of combined experience in spa and pool service, retail, management, maintenance, and electronics, we're confident in our ability to meet all your swimming pool, hot tub, and pool table needs.

Our journey began in January 2009 when Mike and Kristy Braun opened Tropical Waters. Over the years, we've grown from a husband and wife company to a family company, and as of August 2011, we became Tropical Waters Inc. Our team has expanded to include our support system, Sheila Braun, and Wesley and Andrea Braun, making us a tight-knit family dedicated to serving our customers.

In October 2011, we took a significant step forward by purchasing our own facility. This move allowed us to expand our show floor, acquire a warehouse and shop, and enjoy a bigger parking lot. We're thrilled about our new location and believe our customers will love it too.
