Our headquarters are located in the historic town of Madison, Indiana, where the Ohio River meets the southeastern part of the state.

Bruce Breeding, our founder, had been a contractor in the area since 1954. His son, Timothy Breeding, joined the company full-time in 1986 and became the President in 2004. Tim's education and experience have allowed us to continue the tradition of providing our clients with the highest quality of workmanship that they have come to expect from our family-owned company.
