The company was founded by Toby Taylor, a seasoned builder with a wealth of experience in residential and commercial construction. Toby, along with his sons Chuck Boomer and Bill Taylor, has built a reputation for delivering top-notch construction services that cater to the unique needs of Oregon's coastal weather conditions.

Meet the Team

At JLT Construction, we believe that our people are our greatest asset. Our team consists of experienced professionals who are passionate about their work and dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Let's meet some of our key team members:

• Toby Taylor: Toby is the founder of JLT Construction and has been building since he was 12 years old. He graduated from tech school with a degree in electronics and has been licensed and bonded with the state since 1985. Toby has a vast knowledge of building for Oregon's coastal weather and is extremely skilled in his trade. He is particularly passionate about tile work and has passed on his knowledge and skills to his sons, Chuck and Bill.

• Chuck Boomer: Chuck is Toby's son and a 1999 graduate of Tillamook High School. He returned to the family business after serving in the Air Force for four years. Chuck communicates with customers and subcontractors on a daily basis and has a vast knowledge of building from excavation to finishing touches. In his free time, Chuck enjoys traveling, hunting, shooting guns, and spending time with his Boxer dog, Terrick.

• Bill Taylor: Bill has worked for his uncle, Toby, since he was 15 years old. Born and raised in the area, Bill is now raising a family of his own. He is a talented craftsman in all facets of building and can operate any piece of heavy equipment perfectly. Bill likes to fish in his free time.

• Allen Taylor: Allen is another son of Toby's who has worked for JLT Construction for a couple of years. He is a 2002 graduate of Warrenton High School and is currently enrolled at TBCC. Allen is learning the building trade and is responsible for the presentation and order of job sites. He loves fishing and hunting as often as he can.
