Customer Service Experiences
Customer service seems to be a mixed bag at United CoolAir. On the negative side, Dragan Milic, who works in the transportation industry, had a disappointing experience when trying to discuss business opportunities with the company. He was hung up on twice, which doesn't bode well for their customer service. On the other hand, Tyler Nigreville had a positive experience with the tech support team, stating that they were very helpful to him and his company.
Product Quality
The product itself seems to be well-regarded. Matt Hanson, who has used United CoolAir's products, particularly the Therm-Air portable line, believes that they are of great quality and perfect for retrofit and replacement jobs.
