Our team is comprised of experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise. Our team includes:

• Jason D. Laub, President, with over 20 years of experience in government, commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects. He is a certified project manager (CPC) and has a master's degree in business administration.
• John Pitz, Pre-Construction Manager, with over 40 years of experience in development and construction of neighborhood subdivisions and commercial structures. He is a licensed water well contractor and holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
• Diana Book, Director of Operations, with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She holds a degree in construction management and is OSHA 30-hour certified.

Our Achievements

We are proud to have completed numerous projects across various sectors, including government, education, healthcare, and more. Our achievements include:

• Village of Campton Hills and Campton Hills Police Station: Renovation of Village Hall and Police Department Office/Work Areas, Construction of new Jail/Booking Processing Area, completed on-time and within budget.
• Monee Fire Protection District Station #1: Renovation and expansion of fire station.
• Elburn & Countryside Fire Protect District Station #3: Renovation and expansion of fire station.
