Landforms Design, nestled in Bountiful, Utah, is a home design company built on a foundation of over 30 years of experience. Founded by Blair Fredrickson, an accomplished designer with a deep understanding of both home construction and architectural drafting, Landforms Design has established itself as a leader in creating quality homes that perfectly reflect the dreams of its clients.

From the earliest days, Blair's passion for design blossomed. Starting at the tender age of 12, he shadowed his father, a vocational education teacher specializing in construction and drafting. Spending summers immersed in the world of home building, Blair quickly gravitated towards drafting, becoming proficient in his father's drafting tools. By the time he left on a missionary service, he had already drafted plans for nineteen homes, one of which even claimed the top prize in the prestigious Parade of Homes. This early exposure to both the creative and practical aspects of home construction has shaped Blair's unique approach to design, allowing him to conceptualize homes that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally sound and cost-effective.
