Our Mission and Purpose

At Trivek Architects, our mission is to transform people's lives through sensational design and mindfulness. We strive to achieve this mission by creating high-quality spaces that are not necessarily expensive. We believe that sustainability is key to a healthier and happier society, and we make the best use of natural resources to improve people's health. Whether it's a house, an apartment building, or a mixed-use development, our goal is to create stunning and healthy environments that bring joy and well-being to those who experience them.

Our Services

We understand that every project is unique, and we tailor our services to fit your specific needs. Our services include:

• Feasibility Studies and Research: We help clarify project goals and design issues to ensure that the project reflects the owner's vision and provides a systematic basis for design decision-making. Our research includes zoning and municipal requirements and restrictions, APN maps, setbacks, height restrictions, and design criteria. We also establish a budget based on the scope of work and general design concept, preparing a preliminary project pro-forma, and conducting LEED accreditation preliminary research if required.

• Pre-Design Services: We conduct code research, municipality requirements, and restrictions to ensure that our design ideas align with local regulations. This includes meetings with municipal staff to confirm that our design ideas can gain approval.

As a collaborative firm, we believe in the power of teamwork and inclusivity. Our team is composed of individuals from diverse backgrounds and talents, who share a passion for holistic design and a cooperative outlook. We strive to create progressive, transformational, and inclusive spaces that bring people together.

Our Expertise

Our founder and principal architect, Isra Banks, has been practicing architecture since 2004 and has designed large and medium-scale mixed-use and residential projects ranging from $2M to $57M in Boston, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. Isra is also a registered architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a faculty at the Boston Architectural College. Her extensive experience and expertise have earned her recognition in the industry.

At Trivek Architects, we believe in the importance of sustainability and social justice in our cities. Our research initiative aims to promote health and social justice in our cities through interviews with experts and community leaders published on YouTube. We are also writing a book on creating innovative cities.
