Our company was founded by Noel (Dion) Davies, a seasoned construction expert with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Dion's passion for building and creating beautiful structures was ignited when he worked part-time in construction during his studies at U.C. Davis. His artistic side found an outlet in the art of building, and he soon became a part-owner of a framing company before branching out to open Specialized Construction. With a team of skilled and seasoned staff, including some employees who have been with the company for over 20 years, we take pride in providing quality construction services that impress our clients.
