At Quinn General Contracting, we understand that building a new home or renovating a space can be a daunting process. That's why we've developed a comprehensive project planning and management process designed to ensure your satisfaction.

Design-Build Enjoy

1. Personal Meeting - We'll schedule a personalized meeting to discuss your project, take photographs, and gather measurements for accurate estimates.

2. Proposal - We'll develop a proposal and review it with you, refining estimates and balancing scope, cost, and schedule to ensure your vision is realized.

3. Pre-Construction - Our pre-construction planning ensures that your project is carefully planned, on time, and on budget.

4. Staging - With permits in hand, we'll begin staging your construction site, taking necessary precautions to protect your space.

5. Begin Construction - Demolition is the first phase of construction, followed by rapid progress and numerous decisions to make along the way.

6. Communication - Your participation is encouraged, and you're always welcome on the job site. You'll also have direct access to us whenever you need to discuss your project.

7. Change Orders - We believe in transparency and proactively keeping you informed. Any change to the scope of work is documented and approved by you in writing.

8. The Final Stage - As construction nears completion, you'll survey our work and create a punch list of items that need attention. Then, we'll rectify any issues and complete your project to your satisfaction.
