Do you protect my furniture during moves?
We use heavy-duty moving blankets and stretch wrap to protect furniture. Shoulder harness straps and dollies prevent damage during transport.
What happens if items get damaged?
We cover $.60 per pound for damaged items and offer replacement/repair options. Optional full-move insurance is available during booking.
Can you move in bad weather?
We operate in non-severe weather conditions, using protective coverings for items during transport between locations.
Do you charge hidden fees?
We provide upfront pricing with no hidden charges. The only additional cost is a flat-rate travel fee explained before booking.
Are you licensed and insured?
We hold Washington state licensing (WUTC #HG061514) and USDOT 2459380 registration with full insurance coverage for all moves.
