What are your delivery hours for concrete orders?
Normal deliveries occur Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Saturday hours run April-October, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. After-hours deliveries are available with advance notice and additional charges.
How far in advance should I place a concrete order?
Place orders 3-4 days in advance to secure delivery slots. Same-day or next-day orders may be accommodated but are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons.
What factors determine the amount of concrete needed?
Calculate concrete volume based on project dimensions, allowing extra for uneven subgrades and spillage. Round up to the nearest 1/4 to 1/2 cubic yard to avoid shortages.
Can your trucks access tight or soft job sites?
Our trucks weigh up to 73,280 lbs. and avoid soft terrain unless necessary. Ensure clear access for safe delivery, avoiding overhead wires, narrow driveways, or fragile landscaping.
What payment methods do you accept?
