Our Story
Founded in 1994 by the late Steve Crovetto, Cro-Slit Turf Services began with golf course and sod farm chemical applications along with maintenance of residential and school accounts. Steve's experience as an educator and football coach for over 25 years allowed him to build a company that was centered around personalized service and attention to detail. After his passing in 2015, his son Seppe Crovetto and long-time foreman Jason Wagner took over the reins, expanding the company's services into spraying, landscaping, irrigation, and turf maintenance for industrial, commercial, and residential industries.

Meet the Team
Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Seppe Crovetto, our president, has grown up in the turf business and has a business degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. Jason Wagner, our vice president, has been with the company since 1998 and oversees the day-to-day operations. Nathan Schexneyder, our foreman, leads the field operations of irrigation and chemical applications, and Stacy Crovetto, our office manager, assists with invoicing, paperwork, certifications, and bid proposals.
